Growing Together Now Has an Improved Version
Starting in 2025, Growing Together evolves with a new version that further strengthens social and interpersonal skills and parent-child communication. This program now includes a nutrition course from the University of Florida, through the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP).
In this new format, the program includes seven sessions. Participants attend University of Florida classes to learn about healthy eating, grocery planning, and strategies to improve their nutritional well-being. After each session, they receive a Growing Together module that explores the connection between emotions and nutrition.
Free Nutrition Course – UF/IFAS EFNEP
Learn to eat smart, be active, and live well with UF/IFAS EFNEP! The University of Florida’s Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (UF/IFAS EFNEP) offers six completely free classes to support limited-resource families in building healthy habits and making informed lifestyle choices.

Construction Project Manager
