Official Recognition Ceremony celebrates the leadership of women leaders during Hispanic Heritage Month
This emblematic event brought together academic, business, diplomatic, and community leaders with the purpose of showcasing and celebrating the stories of Latina women leaders, whose social, cultural, and economic impact transforms communities across the state of Florida.
The ceremony honored the awardees across six areas of impact, publicly presenting women who, with their leadership and passion, bring about real transformations in their communities.
Mujeres que Transforman Florida is possible thanks to the alliance driven by its founder, Elena Dolinski, a Philanthropreneur recognized as a Hispanic Businesswoman by the White House, together with Interactive Community Alliance (ICA), a nonprofit organization founded by three Colombian sisters: Martha Pardo, Claudia Vega and Maritza López. Their commitment to the development and strengthening of Hispanic communities makes them, without a doubt, a clear example of Mujeres que Transforman Florida.

Proclamation recognizes the social, educational and labor impact of ICA's founders
The City of Greenacres issued an official proclamation to Interactive Community Alliance (ICA) and its founders Martha Pardo, Claudia Patricia Vega and Maritza López, recognizing their work on behalf of the Hispanic community during Hispanic Heritage Month 2025.
