Maritza López is an integrative health professional with over 18 years of experience in the physical, emotional, and energetic care of people. Certified by the State of Florida as a licensed massage therapist and trained at the Academy of the Healing Arts in West Palm Beach, she combines technical knowledge with a deep vocation for service.
Since 2022, she has incorporated sound therapy with quartz crystal bowls into her practice, guiding people toward inner balance through healing frequencies. Her approach is grounded in respect for the natural processes of the body and mind, with a strong belief in non-invasive, holistic methods.
Her training includes specializations in Facelift Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Light Therapy, Clinical Thermography, and Sound Therapy — tools that integrate body, emotion, and energy to deliver real and lasting well-being.
Over the past three years, she has actively collaborated with Interactive Community Alliance (ICA), leading sound therapy sessions that have reached 257 people and strengthening the bond between emotional health and community. Her work was key to the Creciendo Juntos program, benefiting 75 mothers and their children with spaces for healing, relaxation, and emotional connection.
As Community Engagement and Health Educator at ICA, Maritza not only provides therapies but also drives a cultural shift toward self-care and wellness awareness. Her voice has resonated on the radio program “Salud Familiar en Acción”, where she was recognized as a leading voice on health, sharing knowledge and tools that have empowered many Hispanic families to take control of their well-being.
Above all, Maritza López is a passionate advocate for alternative medicine as a path to a fuller life, and a committed guide dedicated to elevating the physical, mental, and emotional health of her community.
