Inspiration, knowledge, and transformation: building the future of safe work

From artificial intelligence to emotional well-being, the First OSH Symposium was a space where innovation, experience, and social commitment converged to drive real change. Special recognitions, such as the tribute to Carlos M. González, reflected the human impact behind each effort for a fairer and safer work environment.

During the symposium, Carlos M. González, a pioneer in construction in Palm Beach, was honored for his business and community legacy.

This first meeting was just the beginning. Thanks to your participation, we laid the foundation for a new workplace safety culture focused on inclusion, innovation, and sustainability.
