Thermography
This test measures variations in body temperature to detect pathological processes that may indicate abnormalities in well-being — often before the body's own sensory organs can identify them.

Community Referrals
We connect families with community services in Palm Beach. We assist in completing applications for local and state aid, and provide interpretation, translation, and notarization services.

Mental Health Support
Our Comprehensive Support Group provides participants with strategies to manage and prevent anxiety and depression, and is accompanied by sound therapy.
No matter how you’re feeling, we’re here to support you. We offer a safe space and helpful resources.
Support groups offer the opportunity to share experiences, feelings, and coping strategies, as well as information about specific conditions or treatments.

Sound Therapy
Using Quartz Crystal Bowls, harmonic sounds are generated that help promote deep relaxation and healing.
Participants often experience:
- Improved sleep
- Pain relief
- Reduced anxiety
- Emotional balance
- Enhanced creativity
How It Works
Sound and vibration help the body relax at a cellular level, restoring a healthy energy flow. Stress disrupts this flow, leading to imbalance in the aura and eventual physical or mental health issues. Tibetan bowls create physical vibrations, while the therapist focuses on spiritual and energetic alignment.
How does it help?
The benefits of vibrational sound therapy are numerous. These include:
Reduction of stress, pain, blood pressure, and depression
Relief of blockages and tension
Improved sleep and concentration
Increased creativity
Balancing of energy fields (aura) and chakras

Occupational Safety and Health
Through our OSHA Alliance, and in collaboration with other organizations, businesses, and educational institutions, ICA is committed to promoting courses and training programs that educate participants on the implementation of safe practices that comply with current regulations and help reduce the rate of occupational accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
OSHA Alliance Program
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) works with the public to promote workplace safety and health by offering compliance assistance services and programs to businesses and organizations. These programs help organizations collaborate with the agency to meet the standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
Through the Alliance Program, OSHA partners with groups committed to safety and health—such as businesses, trade or professional organizations, unions, and educational institutions—to leverage resources and expertise. Together, they develop compliance assistance tools and share information with employers and employees to help prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and fatalities.
ICA’s Commitment through the OSHA Alliance
ICA supports OSHA’s strategic goals by conducting collaborative activities focused on:
- Raising awareness through outreach and communication by sharing information about OSHA’s regulatory and enforcement activities and outreach initiatives.
- Organizing and participating in best practice seminars, conferences, and meetings.
- Creating and distributing compliance assistance materials in English, Spanish, and other relevant languages.
Training and Education, by developing and implementing training programs for employers and workers, promoting a culture of safety in all workplaces.

Health Prevention Courses
In collaboration with the University of Florida, we offer courses covering a variety of prevention topics aimed at maintaining a healthy body and mind.

“Growing Together” Has Been Enhanced
Starting in 2025, Growing Together will evolve with a new version that further strengthens emotional intelligence development and communication between parents and children.
Now, this program is enriched with the nutrition course offered by the University of Florida through the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP).
In this updated format, the program consists of seven sessions, in which participants attend University of Florida classes to learn about healthy eating, shopping strategies, and overall nutrition. After each session, they will receive a Growing Together module that explores the connection between emotions and food.
