Martha Pardo

Executive Director

With over 40 years of experience in the United States, Martha Pardo has built a legacy of profound impact within the Hispanic community. An artist at heart and a leader by vocation, she has dedicated her life to transforming the lives of thousands of immigrants through art, education, entrepreneurship, and access to essential services.

In the 1990s, she was part of a prominent group of Colombian artists and directed the Latin American Cultural Center, where she created spaces for unity and identity, such as the celebration of Colombia’s Independence Day and the Festival of the Americas, which brought together more than 1,500 people in five memorable editions.

As a leader in economic empowerment, she launched, through her organization, pioneering workshops on how to start a business—guiding hundreds of immigrants to turn ideas into real ventures. Her passion for action also led her to found and lead the Festival de Colombia for 15 consecutive years, attracting over 3,000 attendees annually and featuring internationally renowned artists such as Orquesta Guayacán, Jorge Celedón, and Orquesta Niche.

Martha was also a pioneer in bringing Mobile Consulates to Palm Beach County. For over 15 years, and in collaboration with the Consulate of Mexico, she has worked to facilitate access to consular services for nationals, especially those in vulnerable situations. Under her leadership, she has promoted and developed community health fairs offering free or low-cost medical, legal, and social services—benefiting more than 4,500 people. These initiatives have allowed immigrant families to access vital resources with dignity and support.

Martha has also been a trusted and familiar voice on the radio. She hosted the program “Saber y Salud Familiar en Acción” every Saturday, accompanying thousands of listeners with messages of hope, practical tools, and insights from local, national, and international experts.

She currently leads the Interactive Community Alliance (ICA), where she continues to develop transformative programs that elevate, connect, and inspire the community. Her work has been recognized with the Palm Beach Leading Businesswoman Award, cementing her legacy as a tireless advocate for the growth, dignity, and rights of immigrant families.
